Louisiana

Magellan manages Louisiana’s Coordinated System of Care (CSoC), which is an initiative of the state’s four child-serving agencies. CSoC provides intensive care management and family-driven, youth-guided services to children and youth, ages birth through 21, who have complex behavioral or emotional needs and are in or at risk of being in out-of-home placements. Pennsylvania

Magellan manages behavioral health services for HealthChoices members and has been coordinating care for their medical needs for more than 17 years. Virginia

Magellan has served as the Behavioral Health Services Administrator (BHSA) for the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) since 2013. Wyoming

Magellan serves as the Care Management Entity (CME) for youth who have complex behavioral health conditions in Wyoming. Through our collaboration with the Wyoming Department of Health, Division of Healthcare Financing (Medicaid), we coordinate care and service delivery through the High-Fidelity Wraparound model to support the success of children, youth and their families in their homes, schools and the community. www.MagellanofWyoming.com
